Dreamweaver - clip positioning

Hello, My question is the following:

I have two clips (a and b), when I click "a" , it goes to a y position, and
when I clik "b", it goes to other y position and "a" goes back to the initial
position. But if I dont click "b", "a" remains in the position where i sent it,
can you tell me how can I tell the clip to go back to the initial position if I
click outside it, anywhere else except of the clip itself?..
