Dreamweaver - ASSETS

Hi,
I am apologizing for my english but hope will understand me. I have got probe
with ASSETS feature. There are two problem I got.
First one: There are no images listed in the ASSETS panel.
Second one: The features in right down corner ( goes about for example: ADD TO
FAVOURITES and there are another two) are inactive, why?
I am working in Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004, can you advice me, please?

Have you defined a local site (consult the F1 Help about how to do that)?
