I have an html file in which a 250 x 300px video is playing in the center of
the page and in the headder i have a dropdown menu. Now, my problem is when the
video is playing and we open the dropdown menu, then, the dropdown comes behind
the video. As far I know the video plays on top of every thing. Now, does
anyone can help me in doing so. I have tried using z-index but it does no good.
Also we do not want to import the video in the flash file. Please make it fast,
it's really urgent.

All Active content on a page will always rise to the top, so to speak,
including Flash, certain form elements, Java applets, and Active X controls.
This means that each of these will poke through layers. There is not a good
cross-browser/platform reliable way to solve this issue, but if you can be
confident in your visitors using IE 5+ or NN6+, then you can use the Flash
wmode parameter.
