Has anyone used WebDav in Dreamweaver MX 2004 to develop a site hosted by
Apache 2.0.49 under Redhat 9. If so, what is the minimum configuration you
need to connect? I've tried following the various bits of instructions out
there, but I haven't had any luck.

Cheers,
Aeden

The short story is it's "remotely similar" to FTP, but uses HTTP as its base
protocol. There's a good definition here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webdav

The part that gives away most of it is here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webdav...of_the_protocol

What kind of server are you using that you want to gain access to using
WebDAV?

Best regards,
Chris
