Look in your Control Panel to see it it's there. If it is, uninstall it then
reboot your machine and download the file again. If the download gets
interrupted again, see if Macromedia will send you a demo version on disk (you
have to enter a serial number for full activation, whether or not you've paid
for it so this shouldn't be a problem if you explain you're having trouble
downloading the demo). If you have problems with uninstalling contact
Macromedia support for help with installation etc.
