Dreamweaver - Please help with layers issue

Please help with layers issue

At http://www.stlblues.net/2006concert.htm, you'l see the "Friends Of" image
below my main navigation. The image doesn't align with those of navigation, and
I need it to. Please help correct this.

This is not a layers issue. It's a table issue. The table containing that
image (and others) has a column to the left of the image that is offsetting
it to the right. Fix that column....
