No such things as regular HTML dynamic pages. There are static, HTML pages
(i.e., those without server scripting), and there are dynamic HTML pages
(i.e., those with server scripting). The use of CF is one example of
dynamic HTML pages.

HTML pages are generally regarded as being static but you can mix CF and
html page together quite happily
