Hi

I wondered if you anyone knows of any Deamweaver website template or tutorials
that would be suitable for the website I want to create.

I know how to create basic websites but not sure how to create one where you
can post messages on, similar to the websites below:
http://www.wldcup.com/tickets/
www.gumtree.com

I also needed the extra feature where the user has to pay a small amount to
post a message probably via pay pal or similar.

Please let me know if anyone knows how to create such a site or knows of any
tutorials or templates anywhere.
Thank alot guys.

As far as message boards for posting goes the free ones that I am aware do not
allow you to restrict people if they do not pay you first. The only boards I
am aware of with such features are Invision Board ( www.invisionboard.com ) and
vBulletin ( www.vbulletin.com ). Both of those have plug-ins you can install
to force people to pay you before reading the boards, but both boards also cost
around $200 (I believe the plug-ins are free).

The only other way you could do this would be to set up a user authentication
system and give out usernames and passwords out to those who have paid you.
Then you could use those paid boards or free ones like phpBB ( www.phpbb.com )
or Simple Machines ( www.simplemachines.org ).

One final note to keep in mind. I only posted PHP boards because that is what
I use, and because I just wanted to show you examples of what you could do. If
you cannot use PHP/mySQL and you need the scripts to use another language
and/or database, then please post back with the scripting language you can use
and the database type you have available to you.
