Chinese Characters in DW

| I have a friend who is creating some pages in Chinese and they can create the
characters o.k, (easy to change they keboard on a Mac) but when hey save in
DW, they just get ????? in place of the chinese characters. I believe the doc.
type needs to have different information as it is currently set to English. I
am just not sure what would need to be added and where. There is a message
about UTF-8 coding when you attempt to save.
Can anyone assist?

The DOCTYPE declaration *always* refers to English because it's the
language in which the doctype is written. It has nothing to do with the
encoding of the page.
Use Modify > Page Properties > Encoding to set the correct encoding. It
will be either Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), or UTF-8.
