| Hi -- I'm trying to properly institute check-in/check out on a well-established
and rather large site. I've ftp'd down the current site and replaced my local
so I will (ideally) have the absolute latest files for everything. It says I
have a bunch of the files checked out, so I'm trying to check them all in and
start fresh. Plan to do the same thing on my colleague's machine. But when I
try to check all the files in, a number of them say they are more recent on
remote and do I want to override. It's hard for me to see how they could be
newer as I just ftp'd what I thought was the current site.
How do I get to a place where all our files are checked in and nothing gets
overwritten???
