| HOW DO I PUT LINKS TO OTHER PEOPLES WEB PAGES ON MY WEB PAGE .
HAVE TRIED MY USING HIPER LINKS AND PUTTING THERE http adress etc , but without luck
ANY HELP??????????????

First you have to stop shouting.

That's it. Links to external websites have to be absolute, i.e. starting
with 'http://'.
