I use Gearhost http://www.gearhost.com I love the ability to be able
to use CF, PHP, ASP or whatever I need without having to have
different hosts. They are pretty reliable, not 24 hour support, but
very reasonable support. Prices are good, especially if you use
CF.

I use HostRocket (www.hostrocket.com). I have been with them since around 1998
when they were just a small company with only the current CEO and 2 others
answering technical support tickets for the 5-10 servers they had. Now they
have over 40+ servers and tons of technical support, but getting to know the
people at the top in the beginning I was able to make sure everything was
perfect with my account and I have not had any problems with them. All outages
that have occured I was given at least 1 weeks notice, and all upgrades to
their accounts were given to current users at discounted rates making upgrades
easy. I am just very happy overall with service response times and overall
speeds of the servers. Then again, the servers are really close to me, they
are in NY state.

I use pair. It is expensive, but the reliability is the best.

I have just started off with Crystaltech (www.crystaltech.com), 24 hours
customer support. I had an issue on Tuesday, emailed customer support and got
a reply back within 20 minutes. They have got a deal on at the moment whereby
if you sign up and pay for a year then you get the initial fee waivered plus 3
months. Pretty good I reckon.

http://www.HostMySite.com . Very good services, and by FAR the best support,
at reasonable prices.

www.hostmysite.com

By far the best customer service I've experienced in a host.

www.brinkster.com
awsome hosting, awsome prices, fast servers and connections, great list of
components, and mysql/ms sql available. Been with them for 7 years. My only
complaint is they won't allow you to create a DSN so you'll have to create
connection strings but no biggie.
No I don't work for them
