Hi all,

Recently we've started working with a second work study student and are
encountering some issues we did not experience with the first work study
student. Here's what's happening. The student is experiencing FTP
permission problems some times, not always and when she is able to upload
her files, they upload with a file extension of .new rather than updating
the original file.

Any suggestions, please?
