People ask for truthful opinions and I give them, that usually upsets them.
It's VERY green. I'd tone down the color by making the content area
white or a light yellow.
The image of the girl still needs some work. I can see you've cut the
background out, but now you need to take it up to about X 800 and
work the edges a bit so they aren't so rough and you get all the
white artifacts out of it. Erase the artifacts and try the blending tool
for softening the edges.
You've created the whole site for 1024 browsers. Use a flexible layout
so that it fits into 800 px browser windows too. That means you are
going to need to lower the font on the menu items and the banner.
Need to validate the page. I'm not a real stickler on page validation
but the number of errors in your page shows a need to at least run
it through validation - biggest problems are no Alt tags, no page back
ground color, not offering generic fonts
