What happened to Help > Activation >Transfer License in v8.x?

| Seems odd, and didn't find the magic handshake in the help files, but I
can't see what happened to the license transfer function that was in v7.x in
the v8.x product. I need to rebuild this workstation, but can't deactivate
my copy of DW. Is this no longer a requirement? Seems like an odd change
to me.

| I think with DW8, the software license is deactivated when you uninstall DW
using the uninstaller. Pretty sure, but not certain.
