I created a pop-up menu ij Fireworks and am using it in Dreamweaver MX. When I
"preview in browsers" both the menu and the pages load and work properly. I am
temporarily using a free geocities site to host, and the pages from the menu
don't load correctly. The pages have the correct title, but the url are all the
same page, the index.

Go to: http://www.geocities.com/lindaebelzer (this is the home page.) From
there, click Admissions> Admission Calendar. You'll see that a "new" page comes
up with the correct title, but the url is the same as the home page.

Now go to: http://www.geocities.com/lindaebelz...ad_calendar.htm
(this is the correct address for the page)
The page loads properly. This is alo the page that loads when I preview both
the page and the menu through Dreamweaver.

Help![

Actually, the calendar seems correct (same either clicking directly or
through menu)
However, the About Independent schools goes to calendar, I think it's
because you have a typo in your code: "indepemdents"

You are unfortunately mixing a few bad things together.

Geocities puts your page in a frame. Frames are less than ideal and are
cause of your 'URL not changing' problem.

You are then using FW fly-out menus. These are really bad. Instead of using
those, use one of these options:

http://www.udm4.com (quite accessible, a bit pricey, lots of code)
http://www.projectseven.com (fairly accessible, nicely priced, including
tutorials on how to build it for free)
http://www.twinhelix.com/dhtml/fsmenu/ (I'm still evaluating this one, but
appears to be pretty solid. Donationware.)

You'll find that they are easier to implement, easier to maintain, and, most
importantly, both more usable and more accessible for your site visitors.
