| Open DW. Create a new page and save it as a Template using FILE | Save As
Template. Look at the code for the head region. Make your template page
look like that.
Remember that method - it's the right way to create a template - using FILE
| Save As Template, instead of FILE | Save As...., which will cause the
problems you are currently experiencing.
