| Can anyone tell me that if Dreamweaver can perform the similar job as
Frontpage does, says 'form to email' without write any CGI script something?

No, it can't - you need a server side script. FrontPage relies on proprietary
technology installed on the server to handle form processing. Dreamweaver has no
such server extensions - you can use any server technology you want - most often
asp, PHP or perl. It's not really difficult and there are ready made scripts
available.
