Whew, to really tell you how to do this, I'd need to write an
entire course. But basically, since I see you don't want to go
the CSS layout route, start with 1 table with 3 columns.
Then start plugging your images in. Of course across the
banner area, you are going to collapse some of those
columns in the <tr> to get the banner image to fit.
