Hi all! I know this question has been posted many times. But I'm so
frustrated... I just can't get my e-mail form to work. My client built her site
with Yahoo Site Builder. She wanted me to make edits to her form. Turns out, it
didn't work... and I thought it was something I'd done. After hours of fiddling
I finally called Yahoo tech support and they said that they'd changed the way
they did forms, and that it would no longer work (the way she wanted it to).
They suggested I just build the form in Dreamweaver. So I did. I created the
whole thing (http://howardmedjobs.com/test_page.html) and got it all set up. I
go the line of html code for the action... the post method. I thought I'd done
everything right. BUT it won't work. It gives me a message saying it was
sent... but the e-mail never comes. What am I doing wrong? I'm so frustrated!
Thanks for any suggestions you may have, and I apologize for asking a question
that's been asked so many times before. But I just can't get it to work...

You need a script to send the form data - do you have one? The "action"
attribute in the <form> tag should point to this script.

A decent article on forms:
