Yes, DW is on Local View and the images are in the same exact "images" folder
I've been using for two years. I can't understand why it is all of a sudden
not working; I have tested creating new files and saving them there and they're
not showing up either, so it appears it is a problem that just started. I try
refreshing, and I tried updating or putting the file, but neither changes
anything. Is this what you mean by refreshing the cache? Any ideas?

Okay - our server changed and so I pointed it to the new folder and it re-cached and it all works now.
