How do I get this code not to show up on new file creation?

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

I don't want it in there. Is there a checkbox in preferences to uncheck or
check to remove it on new file creation?

Thanks,

bah, i noticed i can change the content-type in preferences but there's no way
to remove it, Only way to remove it - is to do it manually.

Why Do I HAVE to have it there? I can still view the sites I make without it
in many browsers.
