Hi everyone -

I'm a graphic designer who hasn't had much experience in Dreamweaver - the last time I used it was 4 years ago so I don't remember all the tips and tricks I used to make a successful site way back when. I've designed a site for my local police department, but it's giving me a lot of trouble.

I don't know code, so I'm hoping this fix will be something I can understand!

The site can only be reached by going through our city site at http://www.ci.waseca.mn.us, then clicking on "City Departments" and "Police Department". Once you open the site, you might be able to see one of the first problems - the template is cut into separate slices so I could make certain parts highlighted pop-up menus, but when previewing in Explorer on a laptop, my template shows up all moved around, the slices off center.

Second problem: the top menu list starting with "inside wpd" were all supposed to be higlighted menu items, which would bring up drop-down menus. Those will not show up in Explorer or Firefox; the site shows up normally on both Firefox and Explorer on desktop machines but my laptop goes haywire. Can someone PLEASE bail me out??!!
