InstanceEndEditable I can't edit!

| Re: Dreamweaver MX on Windows XP Home
"InstanceEndEditable" code is prior to text that I want to change, all of
which is greyed out and uneditable.
I'm wondering if it has to do with a template. If so, I don't want to change
the text on just one page. I want all pages that are linked to the template to
remain linked. I would want to change the template once, and just update all
the pages. I noticed one file named template.html but it is locked too. I don't
know how to verify that template.html, or any template for that matter, has
anything to do with why I can't edit the grey text. I also looked for templates
in the assets panel, but nothing is listed.
Please help me edit the text!

| Somebody has manually edited this page, perhaps, to remove some markup. You
are now in Limbo with it. Can you post a link to it - I'd like to confirm
what's there before giving you a solution.

| Sure. What private email can I send the link to?
