Dreamweaver - flash not displaying

flash not displaying

Hi,

I added a flash navigation bar to my site and while I preview it in my
computer it is not displayed, its invisible. If I upload the page and nav
bar to the server then it is displayed and works just fine.

In my laptop I can see other nav bars in flash, its just this one. What
could be wrong ?
