ok so i have this submission form and i can't get it to work the page is set up
like it should be but the submission button isn't working ... i was told that i
need to get a cgi script page set up to make it work. here is a copy of the
form, if anyone can help me out i will be greatly in your debt.

Did you get a formmail script yet? You need to follow the instruction by the script provider and setup your form accordingly.
