I've been going through and looking at different styles other sites utilize via
the DOM inspector in Firefox and I've come across a few styles that use
-moz-background... as a property. What does this style represent/control?
Examples I've come across are:
-moz-background-clip:
-moz-background-origin:
-moz-background-inline-policy:

I've seen this, and it's not the actual CSS from the code -- I think it's
what Firefox uses for rendering. Well, I'm not sure what it really is, but
I do know that I've seen these properties on pages that I know didn't have
them in the source.

They are CSS properties that are onlly supported by Mozilla based browsers.
