| I have been working in layers on my websites and, inexplicably, the "draw
layer" button on the insert bar will only draw layers in the upper left corner
of the site (and they come in GRAY, in case that makes any difference).

| Are you in Standard Mode or Layout Mode?
(VIEW | Table Mode > Standard / Layout mode)

| Interesting. When I go to VIEW, then TABLE MODE, all options are greyed out. Not available to me.
