| Rather than wait on hold yesterday, I left a message as per the phone menu
options.
Lo and behold, the phone rang before noon today, and within a few minutes,
my situation was solved... since I purchased MX2004 just a month or so ago,
they guaranteed I will be able to use the trial of DW8 for as long as I need
before getting my upgrade license (supposed to be Oct 17).
How truly pleasant and reassuring that phone call was. And a real human, to
boot!
