DW8 Workspace Layout Bug/Quirk

| Hello,
I have a dual-monitor setup and I like to stretch Dreamweaver so that the
code/design areas take up the left monitor and the "panel groups" are on the
right hand monitor. To help reduce scrolling inside the panel groups, I have
them in two columns. Application & Files in the left column, and CSS & Tag
in the right column as you can see in this screenshot:

The problem is Dreamweaver won't remember or keep this exact layout after it
is restarted. When it restarts, it always moves the "panel group column"
which has the "Application" panel to the right. I can mix the different
panel groups between the two columns I have set up, but it never fails that
whichever column has the Application panel group is moved to the right after
restart.
You can see the above layout difference here after Dreamweaver is
restarted...(Note the column with the Application panel group was on the
left, but now it's on the right)...

This is a problem because the Applications panel group and the Files panel
group are what I use most often and I want them to be the closest to my work
area. This seems like something Dreamweaver should remember.
I even tried saving the layout as a custom workspace... but it won't keep
the layout either!!!

| Has anyone tried this or figured out how to save the first layout as
mentioned?
Thanks
Peter
