Microsoft Word Smart Quotes

| We have a lot of documents that are produced in MS Word that need to be
webified. When typing a document in Word, it converts characters like ', " -
(apostrophes, quotes, and dashes) into "Smart Quotes." They look pretty when in
word, but they break when posted to the web. The documents are produced by a
large variety of people so trying to solve the issue within MS Word by
disabling Smart Quotes is not an appropriate solution. What I need to be able
to do is paste the content into one of our templates or new page and have the
bad characters automatically convert to the normal or straight characters.

| You will need to do a Find and Replace after bringing those documents into
DW.
