route planner for my website

| Hi i am creating a website, within the contact section i want to add a route
planner that give people directions to my location, so all they have to do is
type in their location details and will then be provided with map and details
of how to get to my location, how can i go about doing this, i have found an
example here
http://www.bicestervillage.com/bicester/findus/
if u go to journey planner once u type in ur details it gives u details of how
to get there, I will require one for UK and Europe

| Not exactly an answer to your question, but linking to MultiMap or Google maps would be a lot simpler. Route planning sounds cool though, I'll check it out myself.
