Can someone tell me how to make a drop down menu for my site. What I am wanting
to do is have the visitor pick the chapter in the first drop down menu and then
select the verse in the second drop down menu. Once they have selected what
chapter and verse they want it will scroll down the page that they are on. I do
not want it to jump to a different page just scroll down the page that they are
on. If you want to be nice can you also explain to me how to make a text search
box work. Please use little words for me this is my first web page. Thanks This
is a link to my page if looking at it makes it easer to see what I want.

I'm sure someone with javascript experience will be able to help you with
this, (where are you Mick), but I thought you may want to know on your page
at the very top there is a spelling error: "In the begging God created the
heaven and the earth."
I presume you mean 'beginning'.....

Unless you're a javascript expert, I think the fastest and cheapest way to
achieve professional menus is to use a tool. I suggest you have a look at
www.likno.com or www.projectseven.com

If you're looking for something free, you might want to try
www.dynamicdrive.com or look at the tutorial at
http://www.projectseven.com/tutoria...links/index.htm

That's not the type of menu that the OP is after :-)

As Nadia said, the OP is actually asking for a FORM SELECT menu.

That said, for fly-out navigation, PVII is excellent, as it udm4.com.
However, that likno menu system is fairly poorly implemented, so I can't
recommend that at all.
