msvci70.dll What is it and why?

I just received my Studio 8 via FedEX today (props to Macromedia for speedy
delivery!). When I installed I noticed it played a filed msvci70.dll on my E:
partition (the partition I reserve for my games). My setup is C: for system
files, D: for programs, E: for games, and my F: is a second physical drive for
mass storage. Any ideas why it put this file here and if I can safely delete it?

It put that file on my D:\ drive (projects ata files), what is it anyway ?
