Author alignment problems in a table

To anyone who can help:
I have a table in dreamweaver. I havean exported fireworks header in the top
cell. I have a side menu from frieworks in the left bottom cell. I tried to
put a very small (maybe 25 pixel height) navigation "style" bar that I made in
frieworks in the right bottom cell. I can get the top header and side menu to
line almost up. but the small navigation style bar is just stuck in the middle
of the right bottom cell and it won't give me the option to align the image at
the top of the cell for some reason. PLUS, I keep getting a small layer of
white in between my images. Is this because my images aren't the correct
dimensions? Is there a way to have dreamweaver auto correct the images so they
just fit the table perfectly. LAST, I put in the code table width "100%", but
for some reason it never seems to actually auto-resize. Is there something I am
missing here? maybe some kind of locking mechanism or something. PLEASE HELP!!!!

You don't - you upload it to some webspace that you have.

If you don't have any, then you copy the code from the page and paste it
into a reply.

I cannot upload it to webspace because I have none and I cannot upload it onto this forum as a reply because I went over the 10000 limit, I'll try posting an entire new message and see if that works
