| Tell me what you have entered in the FTP Host and the Host Directory field
of your Remote site definition.

| Lingobeginner 2005-08-28, 7:26 pm |
| ftp.dashaulogos.com---Host
host directory--www.dashaulogos.com
I tried again and typed ftp.dashaulogos.com for host directory

| Leave host directory blank. Can you connect? If so, what folders do you
see in the remote side of the files manager?

| Good morning,
I was reading this thread and didn't see a conclusion. I am actually having
the exact same problem.
I was actually able to connect at one point. i then deleted the site from the
site manager list because i wanted to define my site and start from scratch.
when i went back to connect to it via FTP through Dreamweaver, i haven't been
able to connect. getting exactly the same message as Lingobeginner. I checked
connectivity and I connected via CyberDuck (Mac OS user)
With the information given can someone help?
Regards,
Omss

| The questions are always the same -
What have you put into each of the FTP Host field and the Host directory
field in your Remote site definition? Have you enabled passive FTP? Are
you connecting through a firewall?
