Hello,

Are there practice exams for the Dreamweaver 2004 MX test? Also, which
"Training from the Source" books will help prepare for it?

Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian,

Macromedia has a Certification section on their website under
Support>Training Programs. The Dreamweaver MX2004 Developer
certification page has a PDF Sample Exam and also Exam Guidelines that
you can download:

m/dwmx2004_developer.html>

The Training From the Source book for DW will be a big help in preparing
for the exam, but the actual certification Study Guide book is
specifically geared to preparing for the test. Its full name is
"Dreamweaver MX 2004 Certified Developer Study Guide" by Crooks, Hove,
and Page. You can purchase this book through the Macromedia Online
Store or from PeachPit Press and probably also other book vendors.

I hope this helps.

Yes it does..my employer has asked me to get "certified" in some of the
Macromedia apps..this is a big help.

I am an advanced DW user but just want to make sure I pass the test.

Thanks,
Brian

When I got certified last year I bought the DMX 04 Study guide. While I did learn some usefull stuff about DW I don't think it really helped me to pass the test.
