Dreamweaver won't complete launch for Win

| DW MX 2004 ver 701 running Win XP came up w/ a general error that it was going
to terminate in which it did. Upon relaunching, it would start to initialize
but would not complete the launch. Rebooted twice and complete a shutdown and
relaunched to no avail. No system updates have occured.
I've looked in the forums and tech support articles but only find solutions
for Mac users or arrows pointing toward 701 update.

| More than likely the site you had opened before the crash has become
corrupted. Here is a link that explains how to fix this:
