I am having 2 problems with this page, maybe someone can point me in the
right direction.

Problem 1. When viewed with IE6 PC there is a white line midway.

Problem 2. The background image below the place where the white line is
does not show when viewed with Firefox.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to fix this?
