Same way you link the pages of your site together. Upload the said file
and then link to it via the property inspector.

Great thanks. Can you please tell me how to upload them to dreamweaver. Do I just save them to the assets file?
Thanks

You just upload them to your server (in Dreamweaver or whatever ftp program you're using) in whatever folder your want, then make sure your filepath is correct to retreive the file.
