Hi.. I want to make a couple of simple rollovers. I know how to make them using
javascript (in Fireworks).. But IE is currently blocking Javascript :(

Anyone knows how to make this using other process (that won't be blocked by
IE, nor by other browsers (5 . xx +))?

I'm not sure, but I think I once heard something about CSS Rollovers... Would
this work? How can I make this?

Thanks...

Yes, it may be time for you to learn how to use css to style your menus and
other elements on your page :-) Here's a great tutorial to get you
started:

Simple rollovers are only blocked when you preview them locally, and only
then if you have not followed this -

http://www.projectseven.com/support/answers.asp?id=153

or added the "Mark of the Web" to your local files' markup (immediately
under the Doctype, if there is one)

explain to me what this does exactly Murray?
I've seen this mentioned before, but not followed through as to why it
works....... (and it is only for local files you say ?)

Yep - it's only for local previews. The MotW makes your local browser think
that you are previewing a file from a trusted zone.

WOW... That saves a lot of work... Thanks

I'll try that... But, once I'm about to upload my site to a server... Should I
remove that... or do you think I should let it be?
It doesn't do any harm...Does it?

No - it doesn't do any harm to leave it.
