Newbie help please !

my boss wants me to create a page where it has a login/pw that takes you to a
form or boxes that the 8 users fill out and save. Boss wants to be able to
login and see all the info by name that the 8 users filled in. How can I create
this ? any tutorial or scripts for dreamweaver I can use ? all the help is
appreciated !

You need a database and server-side code.

Does the server support ASP, PHP, or ColdFusion?

PHP - i want to create this with PHP since i also use a form creation script using PHP now - i don't really code anything just change some fields.

You can definitely do this with PHP, but not sure tutorials will be enough.
I'd tend to go buy a good book on PHP, maybe another on whatever database
you're going to use. There may be PHP people here who can give you other
good pointers.
