Author Javascript Form Validation built into Dreamweaver?

I am creating a web form. I want to have javascript-based form validation. I
remember using a javascript-based form validator in dreamweaver before, but I
can't find it buried within the product's features.
1. Is there a feature there to validate forms via javascript (I'm pretty sure
that I've used it before)
2. How do I access this feature?
I'm using Dreamweaver MX 2004.
