Dreamweaver - Background image resize

Hi everyone. This maybe simple but my brain froze. How do I set a background
image afor a cell, row or table and make it always 100% width and 100% hegth of
a particular cell or row or table?

You don't. Your brain is now permanently frozen!

Background images don't resize like that. But they do tile, which is how
they fill the available space.
