Building a web sight

| I just got Macromedia Studio MX 2004 with Flash Professional MX because I want
to build a web sight for my real estate business. I am a realtor in Las Vegas
and would like to use it to advertise listings, and provide tools for things
like calculating monthly mortgage payments, road directions and stuff like
that. This is the web sight for my team, and I would like to be something like
this. www.lasvegasarea.us . It looks like there are five different programs.
I would be using dreamweaver right; and create a HTML? Is there some kind of
template I could use so I could just kind of fill in the blanks, and make some
changes? Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

| First things first. Sight? It's site, website. The thing you have in your right
hand is a mouse. No, not a little, squeeky animal. The thing you are looking at
is a screen. Kinda like the cinema but smaller. And that little thing inside
your skull that enables you to do all these amazing things is called a brain.

| I think that program is going to be too much for you. You should probably use
something a little easier or pay someone to design the websight for you.
Dreamweaver is not really for designing web sights like that

| site sight...who cares; this is not a test. You sound like a fool timmytotz.
talking crap actually doesent make you look smarter; It makes you look like an
inmature idiot. This should be a simple site to build, and I know a lot about
computer. I want to save the money and build this thing myself. I got a
friend that will host it for me for free. Is there some kind of wizard i could
use. please help!!!

| You should hire a professional because of the type of business that you are in. A site like the one you referred to would make your business look unprofessional.

| I seriously believe you are biting off more than you can chew considering
you don't know any html. For a realty site, you should also consider
learning a server side language, be it asp, cold fusion or php. so that your
listings are in a database.
In your case, out of the box Realty software may be of use to you -
especially if it is geared towards Dreamweaver.
Bill has one here that does integrate with DW that maybe of interest:
