Trial Version Not working

| I installed the trial version of Dreamweaver MX 2004 for Windows, and the
minute i load it up to try it out it gives me the error that the Trial period
has ended. Deamweaver has never been installed on this computer in any form
what so ever.
I do have full versions of Director MX 2004 and Flash MX 2004 on my computer
too that I have had on for some time now.
The clock and date on the computer are set correctly and none of the other
things that are listed on the support page has been checked and are not the
issues either.
I submitted a question to support, but I have yet to get a reply.
I would just like to try this out and see if it is going to suit my needs
before purchasing it.

| I have same problem : downloaded dreamweaver trial version (windows english),
download was ok but cannot unpack : everytime halfway or three-quarters I get
an error message, cannot read.
do I have to enter a password ? which ?
sofar even macromedia's support line has not answered me
