Author something other than frames

I want pages to appear within my page, with my nav buttons on the side and logo on top. Frames does this easily, but also creates an unecessary horizontal scroll bar

Have I other options?

KJP88 - in case you come back, go look at topic "Tables versus Frames" A few individuals gave helpful answers to me, a fellow newcomer, that I think you will find clear and useable.
