| I take it you mean in the properties inspector?
You cant change the listed fonts, as these are the web standard fonts. Any
other fonts would not be able to be displayed correct in users browsers, and
so you cannot modify the default settings.
If you want to use a non standard font on your web page, the only way of
guaranteeing it will display properly is to save the text as an image and
include that on your page.
