Author Perform 2 actions with forms?

Hi, I'm new at using coldfusion, but I'm trying to create a form that will do
two things. One is send a message, the other is to change to a another page
stating a confirmation message. The sending the message part was already there
to start with and it works fine, but I'm trying to make this thin look better
by sending it to another page with a confirmation message. Thank You.

In the script that sends the message, include a redirection to the
confirmation page. I'm not a CF user so I can't give you the code, but
it shouldn't be too complicated.

Are you using CFMAIL? I use that and I don't use a redirect. I stick the code
for the entire html page below my CFMAIL closing tag and the cfm file generates
the thank you page. That keeps me from having another file to worry about. If
you are using a CFIF statement, the code has to come before the closing CFIF
tag, though.
