Author Menu not working in frame

I'm using a javascript pull-down menu that seems to have a problem with frames
even though it's loading the page in the same frame. At
http://imarkconsulting.com/SSI-Mac/main.html the Navigation Menu at the top
works fine but at http://imarkconsulting.com/SSI-Mac/frameset.html (click Main)
the menu won't show up. If you refresh it will. Does anyone know of a similar
menu that will work in frames?
